12. Deutsche Neurowissenschaftliche Olympiade: Registration for 2022 is now open

21.10.
2021

The event is hosted by the Deutsche Neurowissenschaften Olympiade Berlin e. V. c/o Neurowissenschaftliche Gesellschaft e.V.

Bringing students together to explore the brain & shaping the scientists of the future!
Registration to the 12. Deutsche Neurowissenschaftliche Olympiade is now open until March 5th 2022! This year, the regional competition will still be online, but we are hoping to have the national competition in person!

See you on the 12th of March 2022 for our regional event!

You are warmly invited and welcome to register using the links provided on the bottom of this page according to the state you are living in, as in previous years.

For Students: High school students, who are 13-19 year old, are eligible to register for one of our Regional Neuroscience Olympiads. To register during our open registrations period, please fill out the registration form. Please register at one of the indicated locations below based on the state you are living in. You will receive a confirmation email within 3-7 days with information regarding your participation status. Please note that your registration is not final until your teacher nomination has been submitted. If your teacher has not yet sent a nomination, please remind them to do so!

For teachers: Students’ registrations are considered completed only when their teacher nomination has been received. The nomination does not need a specific format, a simple short text describing the students and their motivation is sufficient. Thank you for your contribution!

As our regional competition will take place online for the 3rd time, we will accept all students that register and allow an unlimited number of students from the same school to participate. So feel free to inform your teachers & friends, everybody will be most welcome – this year and all upcoming years!

We encourage teachers to not only nominate their top student of the class but rather all of their students interested in neuroscience and human biology. Our event is not only designed to promote highly talented students but it is also thought to spark the participants’ interest in neuroscience and to give students insights into career paths in research and medicine.
